Andy Greaves - The Entertainer
Andy Greaves is without doubt, one of the most versatile comedy entertainers in the country. With an act that includes stand-up comedy, ventriloquism, and vocals. Suitable for adult or family audience.
Over the past 45 years Andy has covered every aspect of the entertainment business, from 40 years on the holiday parks to winters learning his craft on the Northern club and cabaret circuit. Andy then progressed to work for Thomson Gold Hotels, My Travel cruises, plus theatre shows supporting Jimmy Cricket, Joe Longthorne and The Beverley Sisters to name just a few. He also enjoyed pantomimes with John Inman and Darren Day.
Andy is no stranger to television, making his first TV appearance on Yorkshire Television at the age of just 13. Since then he has appeared on Granada TV’s "Fame Game”, Sky TV’s “Search for a Star”, which was followed by the TV series “Guys & Dolls”. Also a Saturday night spot along side Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer on BBC1, plus TV adverts for IKEA. Andy has also used his stand-up comedy to do TV warm-up.
